STEP TEN: Document, reflect, evaluate and hand on the baton...
This is at least as important as any of the other steps - if not more - but it is often neglected and invaluable learning can be lost as a result.
People following you will benefit almost immeasurably from your experiences if you take the time to document them well, to think about what went well and what didn't, what you would have done differently if starting from scratch and so on.
Use your reflections as an opportunity to make constructive changes - both for yourself and for others who will be involved in Healthy Planet after you. You have gained a wealth of experience through all the things you'll have done by the time you reach this step, which could be shared with others to help move things forward. It would be a real shame if what you've gained weren't captured and passed on.
How you do this is up to you but we would suggest a format something along these lines, with perhaps one or 2 A4 pages in total:

- Aims and objectives - what did you set out to achieve and why?
- Preparation - reading, who did you contact, what other ideas did you consider?
- Process - obstacles, helpful resources/approaches, details on the strategy taken and the rough timeline
- Outcomes- what was achieved and how?
- Reflections - how did you find it? what went well? what didn't, and why?
- Recommendations and future directions to follow on from this work

If you have a leadership role within Healthy Planet, whether locally or nationally, at some point you will graduate or decide to let others take the lead on 'your part' of Healthy Planet, whatever that is.
When that time comes, in addition to putting effort into recruitment and finding someone that you think will do a good job, writng a good handover document is an important part of your involvement in Healthy Planet. It can build on this evaluation document, but it will also include more of your general tips, reflections, information on 'the lie of the land' and information on key contact people you found helpful, and a dropbox folder may be helpful for file sharing if you have lots to share.
Handing over in person is also useful, as is introducing people to your contacts working in the field via email. Let them know whether you'll be able to support them in the early stages
